2. The Brief

A good brief is key to achieving conferencing success.
How many people will attend? How many nights? What do you want to achieve?
You will now deal with a real person to discuss your needs.

3. Quote, Booking & Payment

You will receive a quote based on your brief and our discussions with you.
After your itinerary has been created, we will supply you with an easy “Book & Pay Link
to send to all your delegates/visitors/attendees if you are not footing the bill.

4. On The Ground

You will be assigned an assistant from Vic Falls Conference Connect who is your
“on the ground” go to person to deal with changes, issues and add on’s.
Enjoy your event. We’ve got you covered!

Conference rooms:

There are eight conference rooms to choose from at The Elephant Hills Hotel, ranging in size to accommodate 14 to 500 people.

At the top of the scale is the Kalala Room which can comfortably accommodate 500 people. The room has modern audio and video equipment and a spacious stage area.
At the small end of the spectrum there are breakaway and boardrooms set away from the main conferencing area when privacy and seclusion are required.
